The Japanese Embassy and Consulate in Brazil pointed out issues relating to the national organization of the Federation, its registration in Brazil, each prefecture’s managing independently its settlement, the taking over of the overseas settlement organizations of the 4 prefectures of Nagano, Tottori, Toyama and Kumamoto, and exchanged opinions with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which intended to implement the policy as originally planned.
