Description
Born in Asakusa, Tokyo. Proprietor of a pharmacy, his family business, he was a member of the Japan Pharmaceutical Association. From 1902 until January 1911 he served as a member of the Asakusa Ward Assembly and in June of 1911 was elected a member of Tokyo City Assembly from the said ward.
