On May 30, 1946, a message from Minister for Foreign Affairs Yoshida which arrived at the Swedish Consulate in Brazil was distributed to Japanese residents in the country on June 3, 1946 under the name of Hidetaka Hayao, nonregular staff of the Japanese Rights and Interests Section.
