2020-9-4  Temporary suspension of library services during the transfer of library materials from the Tokyo Main Library to the Kansai-kan

Parts of our collection will be unavailable while being transferred from the Tokyo Main Library to the Kansai-kan.

Affected library materials and timing

Approximately 17,500 Western-language newspapers published in Asia will be transferred from the Tokyo Main Library to the Kansai-kan between September 19 and November 24, 2020.

During this period, search results for these newspapers in the NDL Online will show the designation "Under revision".
